This project demonstrates how a multifunctional kids’ furniture concept can be developed into a production-ready flat-pack furniture system.
The loft bed combines sleeping, studying and storage within a compact footprint. Integrated shelving, storage stairs, a study desk and under-bed drawers help maximize functionality while maintaining a clean, modern appearance.
For an OEM furniture project, however, product appearance is only one part of the process.
The furniture also needs to be engineered for efficient panel production, reliable assembly, component management, packaging and transportation.
Our role as a panel furniture OEM/ODM manufacturer is to help customers connect these stages—from the initial furniture concept to factory production and shipment preparation.
